I cannot leave enough positive feedback about Dan. He was there 100% of the time and answered all of my questions, even if I already asked a million times. He is beyond knowledgeable and really cares about you. If I ever need another mortgage, Dan is who I would contact. I would give ten stars if I could.

I came into the house buying process knowing very little and Daniel was a HUGE help. He explained everything very thoroughly and was available by call and text at any time of day. Any time I had a question, he had an answer in less than 60 seconds. My mom also was helping me through the process and Daniel was very good at communicating to both of us. I felt very comfortable with the process knowing he was in my side. He was even able to set me up with a grant to help with the down payment. I even feel like I learned enough to explain the process to other people my age (23).
